Individual Investments are Driving Positive Change, Locally

As a growing co-operative, we strive to play a positive role in Eastern Ontario’s increasingly clean and locally-financed energy landscape. This report outlines the social, environmental, and economic benefits made possible through investment in the Ottawa Renewable Energy Co-operative’s community-owned renewable energy projects.

The report details the partnerships that the Co-operative has formed with local schools, as well as co-operative and non-profit housing organizations. The students and residents at these host sites are able to see first-hand the possibilities of community-owned solar power projects.
